GOT THIS SPEAKER WIRE TO USE IN MY GAMEROOM REMODEL. LOOKING TO PUT SURROUND SOUND SYSTEM IN AND WILL RUN THIS WIRE IN THE WALLS. IT IS A NICE HEAVY 12 GAUGE WIRE THAT SHOULD DO WELL BEHIND THE WALLS. IT HAS A HEAVY PLASTIC/RUBER COATING THAT SHOULD SHIELD THE WIRE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS WIRE FOR WHAT EVER APPLICATION YOU MAY NEED.
This the the real deal as far as I can tell. Oxygen free copper is really just marketing hype and means nothing. But I can tell you that by looking at this, it is pure copper and no aluminum. It’s small strands, and heavy. It’s quiet impressive, I haven’t actually seen cable this nice since I had some monster cable this size a while back. And they even mark off feet with little stars on the wire for easier cutting. Top notch cable for anything really that needs 12-2 stranded. 5 stars
