We ship all orders the same day they are received Monday through Friday. All orders received after 3:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day.

All orders received after 3:00 PM EST Friday and over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday, excluding holidays.

You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for arrival. International orders may take up to 21 days to arrive based on the shipping speed selected during checkout.

If you need your package by a specific date, we recommend that you upgrade your shipping speed.

We take pride in the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the product cost.

Please note that both copper and/or aluminum conductors are prone to corrosion due to certain conditions. We cannot accept returns on wire due to conditional corrosion. Always make sure your wire is properly protected from the elements when in use.
